PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical suture used in a surgical operation, which does not require a work for forming a knot, which can achieve stable and firm suture, or which can achieve tight contact, support, and fixing of tissues.SOLUTION: A surgical suture support part 20 is attached to a surgical suture 10 at a therapeutic part for firmly maintaining and fixing the surgical suture 10, for achieving an effect of suture or lifting for a long term, stably, and the surgical suture support part is formed into a truncated cone shape or a truncated pyramid shape and has a communication hole for penetrating both terminal parts 11 of the surgical suture.
