The connector has connector parts fluid-tightly connected with each other, and lockable at each other by a closure element. One of the connector parts include a sealing element (20) e.g. septum and sealing disk, which is openable, and through-flow blockable in a closed condition. The other connector part includes a cone for opening the sealing element. The cone and the sealing element are arranged relative to each other such that the cone only opens the sealing element when a projection of one of the parts is inserted in a retainer of the other part.
