PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin material for dental cutting and machining that can be efficiently manufactured into a dental prosthesis that has higher strength at portions abutting on the opposing tooth, and has a superior feeling when fitted and a beautiful appearance.SOLUTION: The resin material for dental cutting and machining is a resin cured product containing an inorganic filler.
