In addition, the present invention provides a composition effective for inflammation and atopic dermatitis, which is obtained by mixing and extracting 100 parts by weight of Ledebouriella seseloides, 80-120 parts by weight of Sophora flavescens Solander ex Aiton, 80-120 parts by weight of Arctium lappa, 80-120 parts by weight of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge, 50-80 parts by weight of Angelica sinensis, 50-80 parts by weight of Cryptotympana pustulata, 30-55 parts by weight of Atractylodes ovata, 30-55 parts by weight of Akebia quinata Decne, 110-150 parts by weight of Zingiber officinale, 25-40 parts by weight of licorice, 180-220 parts by weight of gypsum, 50-80 parts by weight of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., 50-80 parts by weight of Kochia scoparia, 50-80 parts by weight of Schizonepetae Herba, and 50-80 parts by weight of peppermint.
