PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method capable of visualizing only a fibrotic lesion on a whole target organ.SOLUTION: A tomographic image of a subject in which a signal intensity of the fibrotic lesion of the target organ is higher than a signal intensity of a normal site of the target organ, is prepared. The portion of the target organ is extracted from the tomographic image of the subject to create a tomographic image of the target organ. A site where the signal intensity is high is extracted from the tomographic image of the target organ to create the tomographic image of the fibrotic lesion.
