PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the detection, medical treatment or prevention of AOS (Aneurysm-Osteoarthritis Syndrome) in an early stage by providing a system for effectively screening a patient or a diseased animal of the AOS as a new disease concept which has not been generally known yet.SOLUTION: An AOS disease state determination system includes: storage means for storing an evaluation function for a disease state grade with TGF-β2 value in blood plasma and a right and left difference in blood pressure of an arm (front limb) or leg (rear limb) calculated about a plurality of AOS disease cases as parameters input means for inputting a TGF-β2 value (T value) in blood plasma and a right and left difference (P value) in blood pressure of an arm (front limb) or leg (rear limb) measured in the actual disease case and calculation means for reading the evaluation function, and substituting the inputted T value and P value to calculate the disease state grade.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】いまだ一般に広く知られているとはいえない、新規な疾患概念としてのAOS(Aneurysm-Osteoarthritis Syndrome)の患者又は患畜を、効果的にスクリーニングするシステムを提供することで、AOSの早期の発見、治療又は予防に資することを課題とする。【解決手段】複数のAOS疾患ケースについて求められた、血漿中TGF-β2値及び腕(前肢)又は脚(後肢)の血圧左右差をパラメータとした、病態グレードとの評価関数を記憶する記憶手段と、実際の疾患ケースにおいて測定された血漿中TGF-β2値(T値)及び腕(前肢)又は脚(後肢)の血圧左右差(P値)が入力される入力手段と、前記評価関数を読み出し、前記入力されたT値及びP値を代入して前記病態グレードを算出する算出手段と、を備えることを特徴とするAOSの病態判定システム。【選択図】図4
