PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small air conditioner that blows a cooling plane and strong cold air, and is very small and enhanced in power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: On a cooling part side of a cold heat element 1, a first fin 2 and a fan 4 fixed with a fin bottom face 22 out as a cooling plane and blowing air only to a first fin are fitted, and the fan is arranged for suction in the same direction in which air falls from the first fin, and rotated in a direction in which internal air is sucked out. On a heating part side, a second fin 3 is fitted and no air is blown to here from the fan, and a heat insulating material is provided outside the fin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
