The subject of this invention is a strain of gram-positive Bacillus subtilis which comprises recombinant spores presenting on the surface antigen Ml and/or M2 fused with protein selected from CotZ, CotB, CotZ, CgeA of spore coat of Bacillus subtilis forming CotZ-Ml (BNC02), TL21 (CotB-M2eH-A-S-H), BTL22 (CotZ-M2eH-A-S-H), BTL25 (CgeA-M2eH-A-S-H), capable to generate an immunogenic response against influenza A virus. Moreover, the subject of the invention are recombinant spores of gram-positive Bacillus subtilis strain, immunogenic composition aimed to induce an immune response against influenza A virus in human organism, vaccine, and its use for immunization against influenza A virus.La présente invention concerne une souche de Bacillus subtilis gram-positif qui comprend des spores recombinants présentant sur l'antigène de surface Ml et/ou M2 fusionnés avec une protéine choisie parmi CotZ, CotB, CotZ, CgeA d'enveloppe de spore de Bacillus subtilis formant CotZ-Ml (BNC02), TL21 (CotB-M2eH-A-S-H), BTL22 (CotZ-M2eH-A-S-H), BTL25 (CgeA-M2eH-a-S-H), apte à générer une réponse immunogène contre le virus de la grippe A. En outre, l'invention porte sur des spores de recombinaison d'une souche de Bacillus subtilis gram positif, sur une composition immunogène visant à induire une réponse immunitaire contre la grippe du virus A dans l'organisme humain, sur un vaccin, et sur son utilisation pour l'immunisation contre le virus de la grippe A.
