The invention relates to an immunogenic complex comprising a polymerised antigen, mannan and a dialdehyde, to the composition containing same, and to the use thereof as a stimulator of the immune response and a vaccine, useful in the treatment of infectious diseases, neoplasia and allergies. The invention also relates to the method for producing said immunogenic complex, based on the simultaneous polymerisation and conjugation of the antigen and the mannan by means of the use of a dialdehyde.La presente invención se relaciona con un complejo inmunogénico que comprende un antígeno polimerizado, manano y un dialdehído, la composición que lo comprende, y el uso del mismo como estimulador de la respuesta inmune y vacuna, útil en el tratamiento de enfermedades infecciosas, neoplasias y alergias. Asimismo, la invención se relaciona con el método de obtención de dicho complejo inmunogénico, basado en la polimerización y conjugación simultánea del antígeno y el manano mediante el empleo de un dialdehído.La présente invention porte sur un complexe immunogène qui comprend un antigène polymérisé, du mannane et un dialdéhyde, sur la composition qui le contient et sur l'utilisation de ce dernier en tant que stimulateur de la réponse immune et un vaccin, utile dans le traitement des maladies infectieuses, des néoplasies et des allergies. L'invention porte également sur la méthode d'obtention dudit complexe immunogène, qui repose sur la polymérisation et la conjugaison simultanée de l'antigène et du mannane au moyen d'un dialdéhyde.
