PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of efficiently suppressing odor caused by absorption of excrement by using aroma.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 includes a top sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorber 4 arranged between both sheets 2, 3. The top sheet 2 has a convexoconcave structure on a side of a skin-facing face thereof. The convexoconcave structure includes: a vertex area defining the vertex portion of the convex part, a bottom area defining the bottom portion of the concave part and a side area interposed between the vertex area and the bottom area. The vertex area is impregnated with aroma. The aroma is preferably made up of a material inhibiting the activation of the human olfactory receptor caused by a urine composition.
