PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light radiation device which radiates ultraviolet light to a hand strap and enables a reduction of an area where the ultraviolet light does not reach.SOLUTION: A light radiation device radiates a grip part of a hand strap to be gripped by a person with radiation light 20e. A drive part rotates the grip part. A light emitting part 20 radiates the grip part with the radiation light 20e. An enclosure part encloses a part of the grip part. Multiple contact parts 16 are brought into contact with a part of the grip part.
