PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the effective utilization of information obtained from a medical image in each medical examination process of diagnosis and treatment by associating information of a processing target of an organ and/or disease or the like obtained from a medical image with a relation of anatomical/functional medical knowledge information.SOLUTION: In a medical image information system 101, an image processing unit 103 executes image processing, a graph data model creation unit 104 creates a graph data model from information obtained from an image, a graph data model processing unit 106 acquires graph data models based on anatomical/functional medical knowledge, and compares, integrates and stores the graph data models with each other, and a display processing unit 110 enables the effective utilization of information obtained from the image by displaying an integrated graph data model.【課題】 医用画像から得られた器官及び／又は疾患等の処理対象の情報と解剖学／機能的な医学的知識情報の関係を対応づけ、診断、治療の各診療プロセスで医用画像から得られた情報の有効利用を可能とすること。【解決手段】 医用画像情報システム１０１において、画像処理部１０３は、画像処理を実行、グラフデータモデル作成部１０４において画像から得られる情報からグラフデータモデルを作成、グラフデータモデル処理部１０６において解剖学／機能的医学知識に基づくグラフデータモデルを取得、前記グラフデータモデル同士を比較、統合及び格納、表示処理部１１０において統合グラフデータモデルを表示することで、画像から得られる情報の有効利用を可能とする。【選択図】 図１
