The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely surgery and endoscopy. It can be used for targeted biopsy of the abdominal cavity, without introducing additional trocars. Technical result is achieved by the use of the valve - (internal use pusher piston, three-way, 10 ml injection syringe with a rubber grommet drilled with two through holes parallel to each other.) Instead of sealing gum, conditions are created for combination use of the optical system and instruments. This achieves a complete and persistent hermeticism manipulation at the time of abdominal under continuous visual control is novel and not described in the available literature. The goal is achieved in that the valve (fig.№1) is mounted on the proximal portion of the tube 4 laparoscope instead sealing gum wherein the inner rounded groove tightly encloses the trocar. Thus, by introducing into the through-hole 2, there is a combination of two instruments (optical instrumentation tube 5 and 6). The through holes are carried out: an optical system with fiberglass optics - telescope 5, 3.5 mm diameter, 30 cm long and 6 instruments (forceps, clamps, needle puncture, and the like) used in laparoscopy. With this combination, when laparoscopy, there are conditions for targeted biopsy puncture, gable-way suction effusion abdominal cavity, thereby reducing the number of complications.
