The present invention relates to a disinfecting/deodorizing lamp using a hybrid optical semiconductor, which enables indoor air to be more effectively disinfected, deodorized, and purified through a photo-catalytic reaction, by directly coating the light-emitting surface of LED lamps with photo-catalyst paint. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the disinfecting/deodorizing lamp using a hybrid optical semiconductor comprises a lamp main body, a heat sink member, a substrate member, and a photo-catalyst paint layer. The lamp main body is cut open on one side in the lengthwise direction and equipped with a connection terminal at both ends. The heat sink member is installed along the cut-open part of the lamp main body. The substrate member is installed on the heat sink member and placed in the lamp main body, is equipped with a plurality of LED lamps capable of being turned on and off, and is electrically connected to the connection terminal.
