Provided is a system of monitoring a health condition, which comprises: an image information generating device mounted on a toilet seat and configured to store and transmit image information obtained by photographing urine and feces excreted by a user when seating of the user is sensed; an image analysis device configured to receive the image information of urine and feces from the image information generating device and analyze a health condition of the user by a predetermined method; and a user terminal configured to receive and display analysis results of the image information of urine and feces from the image analysis device. The image information generating device includes: a sensor configured to sense whether the user seats on the toilet seat; a camera configured to obtain an image by photographing the urine and feces of the user; a flash configured to radiate light towards the urine and feces of the user at the same time when the camera operates; a memory configured to store an image obtained by photographing the urine and feces of the user; a communication module provided for communication with the image analysis device; a control unit configured to control to store the image of the urine and feces photographed by the camera in the memory, compress the image information of the urine and feces stored in the memory, and transmit the image information of the urine and feces to the image analysis device through the communication module; a guide rail installed on the toilet seat to guide a movement; a carrier configured to move along the guide rail by a driving force of a motor controlled according to control of the control unit; and an electric actuator mounted on the carrier and configured to move the camera closely to the urine and feces of the user or to an inner side of the toilet seat by an extension and contraction operation caused by the control of the control unit.
