FIELD: plant physiology.SUBSTANCE: method involves complex analysis of morphological and biometric characteristics of plants. Grafts of the tested pair of plants are placed together in a container with distilled water, maintained in conditions that provide an effective mode of forming roots. Simultaneously, the same cuttings are placed separately into separate containers with water, periodical assessment of morphological and biometric characteristics of roots as they grow and develop. According to results of comparative analysis of dynamics of formation of roots of studied pairs of plants with control samples of tested plants, held separately in separate containers, allelopathic interaction of plants is assessed by the number of formation of accessory roots as compared to the control.EFFECT: method increases purity of experiment.1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
