PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture base that can form shape information having an accurate and appropriate relief part at the position corresponding to a specific region of a jaw, reduces patients pain, and is superior in wearing stability, and provide a forming method and a manufacturing system of the denture base.SOLUTION: In a forming method of a denture base, a first denture base with a reference point disposed is formed based on first shape information (S4). First photographed image information of the first denture base and second photographed image information of a jaw and the first denture base worn in the jaw are formed by the computed tomography (S4 and S5). Third photographed image information formed by overlapping the first photographed image information and the second photographed image information is formed on the basis of the reference point (S7).
