Using the present method, product of high purity can be obtained through a simple process, free of any complicated steps.La présente invention se rapporte à des co-cristaux dacide p-toluènesulfonique et dagomélatine de formule (I), sur leur préparation et leur utilisation et sur une composition pharmaceutique les contenant. Les co-cristaux dacide p-toluènesulfonique et dagomélatine obtenus grâce au présent procédé ont une solubilité considérablement accrue par rapport à celle de lagomélatine et par conséquent sont plus appropriés pour la fabrication de formulations pharmaceutiques. De plus, le produit bénéficie dune bonne stabilité et dune bonne pureté. À laide du présent procédé, un produit de haute pureté peut être obtenu grâce à un processus simple, exempt de quelconques étapes compliquées.
