Disclosed is a method for evaluating the physiopathological state of a biological tissue situated near a joint, the method including: measurement of the force and/or of the movement to which the joint is subjected； emission of an ultrasound wave into the tissue； simultaneous acquisition of the ultrasound data, which are received after propagation of an ultrasound wave emitted into the tissue, and of the force and/or movement data of the joint； and processing of the data. Also disclosed is a device for implementing the method.La présente invention concerne une méthode d'évaluation de l'état physiopathologique d'un tissu biologique situé à proximité d'une articulation, intégrant la mesure de la force et/ou du déplacement auquel est soumise ladite articulation； l'émission dans le dit tissu d'une onde ultrasonore； l'acquisition simultanée des données ultrasonores reçues après propagation d'une onde ultrasonore émise dans ledit tissu et des données de force et/ou de déplacement articulaire； et le traitement desdites données. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif permettant de mettre en œuvre ladite méthode.
