The process of producing Aratilis (Muntinqia ca!abura) fruit jam an affordable and healthy product for consumption and even for selling as a profit comprising the steps of: washing of aratilis fruits with water, boiling the aratilis fruits with distilled water, removing skin of the boiled aratilis fruits mixing sugar, and lime juice to said fruit cooking the mixture until the sugar is melted thoroughly placing the cooked mixture in the bottle and pasteurizing the bottled mixture forming a fruit jam.
