A vertical algae cultivation device includes a cultivation unit. The cultivation unit includes a plurality of standing pipes each containing algae liquid. The lower section of each standing pipe is connected to a cushion unit. A manifold pipe is connected to the upper section of each standing pipe. A power unit is connected between the cushion unit and the manifold pipe. Therefore, the algae liquid flowing to the cushion unit first will be extracted by the power unit, and stored in the manifold pipe and evenly flowing back to each standing pipe so that the output amount and the input amount of the algae liquid of each standing pipe are the same.
