PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid polymer molded into a sheet shape and used as a medical material with excellent handling, excellent in biocompatibility, free from possibility of infection and to provide a method for producing the hybrid polymer sheet.

SOLUTION: The hybrid polymer comprises a first polymer and a second polymer which are linked in a series and represented by formula (3): H-(Gly-Xaa-Gly-Val-Pro)m-(Pro-Yaa-Gly)n-OH (m, n are each a natural number), or formula (4): H-(Pro-Yaa-Gly)m-(Gly-Xaa-Gly-Val-Pro)n-OH (m, n are each a natural number), wherein the first polymer is a polymer of a first peptide component represented by formula (1): H-Gly-Xaa-Gly-Val-Pro-OH (Xaa is either one selected from a group comprising Val, Ile, Lys, Glu, Ala, Ser, Thr, Asn or Gln), and the second polymer is a polymer of a second peptide component represented by formula (2): H-Pro-Yaa-Gly-OH (Yaa is either one selected from a group comprising Hyp, Pro, Gly, Ala, Leu, Ser, Thr, Asn or Gln).
