The method comprises determining the identity of a person by subjecting the person to human face recognition via the human face recognition camera, and at the same time detecting the body temperature of the person via the human body temperature infrared detector, and recording the identity and body temperature information of the person； and outputting alarm information via the body temperature alarm module if the body temperature of the person exceeds a preset threshold value.
