This disclosure concerns novel formulation and Nanoformulations as defined in the specification and compositions comprising combination of HCV protease and polymerase inhibitors, with or without interferon, along with anti-fibrotic/anti-hemolytic agents combination of naturally driven Polyphenol/Thiols, and Non-anticoagulant GAGs.. These compounds are effective antiviral agents, especially in inhibiting the function of the various genotypes of Hepatitis C virus (HCV).
