The anti-glare device includes an optical detection unit, an electromagnetic wave sensor unit, an electromagnetic wave detection unit, a control unit, a light transmission control unit, and a self-diagnostic command input unit for recognizing signals to check whether or not the device is operating normally, a shade level, a sensitivity level, a delay level, and a remaining battery charge by users direct selection, operation, or adjustment, and inputting the recognized signals to the control unit.
