PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation prism endoscope.SOLUTION: In a rotation prism endoscope with drive means, the drive means includes: a control member 122 that is connected to a rotation prism 126 distally provided and moves back and forth in a proximal direction and a distal direction between a proximal end and a distal end of the endoscope a control surface having a variable shape profile and an engaging member that is in contact with the control surface to move relative to the control surface and moves the control member 122 back and forth in the proximal direction and the distal direction while being in contact with the control surface.
