PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electric field screen generating device which has a small size, can be driven by a low-voltage application and does not require an earth structure, and to provide a food material storing device/container using the static electric field screen generating device.SOLUTION: A static electric field screen generating device includes: a dielectric coated body which is a dielectric coated body made by coating the surface of at least a part of a negative-electrode conductor which is connected to a negative-electrode terminal and is formed, with an insulator, and has a planar shape provided with a plurality of pores conductors which are two sheets of conductors facing each other while maintaining a predetermined interval with respect to both surfaces of the dielectric coated body, are affected by an electric field from a dielectric polarization body and are charged and have a planar shape provided with a plurality of pores and a negative voltage applying means which applies a negative voltage to the negative-electrode terminal. Therein, a continuous electric field is formed by a potential difference between the conductor of positive potential and the dielectric coated body of negative potential which face each other. Electrons pumped-out from the conductor are imparted to the dielectric coated body via a connection line of an earth-less structure and electron transfer via earth is made unnecessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 小型かつ低電圧印可による駆動を可能とし、さらにアース構造を不要とした静電場スクリーン発生装置及びそれを用いた食材保管装置・コンテナを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の静電場スクリーン発生装置は、負極端子に接続して形成した負極導電体について少なくともその一部の表面を絶縁体で被覆した誘電被覆体であって、複数の孔を備える平板形状の誘電被覆体と、誘電被覆体の両面に対して所定の間隔を維持して対面する二枚の導電体であって、誘電分極体からの電界を受けて帯電する、複数の孔を備える平板形状の導電体と、負極端子に負電位を与える負電圧印加手段とを備え、対向し合う正電位の導電体と負電位の誘電被覆体との間に電位差により連続した電場を形成することを特徴とする。導電体から汲み出された電子をアースレス構造の接続線を介して誘電被覆体に与える構造とし、アースを介した電子移動を不要とした。【選択図】図2
