A tragus cover includes a protruding part formed on one surface of the circumference of a convex cup covering the tragus and a screw hole or a hole formed through left and right parts of the center of the tragus cover. A section of a leaf spring provided with a tragus ear plug is fixed to the front surface of the protruding part, and a male screw provided at one end thereof with a screw head is screwed to the screw hole.
