PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent capable of suppressing cell proliferation and metastasis of cancer and the like. It is achieved by a therapeutic agent for cell proliferative diseases comprising extracellular vesicles (exosomes) released from cytotoxic T cells. This therapeutic agent can target cancer stromal mesenchymal cells and suppress tumor growth and metastasis such as cancer.
