PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sterilized medical multi-chamber container in which the inside of a safety chamber for preventing the medicine from flowing into the port for medicine ejection is simply sterilized before communication between medicine chambers, when sterilizing the medical multi-chamber container after filling the medicine chambers with medicine.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a sterilized medical multi-chamber container is provided for sterilizing a medical multi-chamber container 1 having multiple medicine chambers 12A, 12B with medicine filled therein and divided in a communicating manner, a medicine ejecting port 14 in communication with the medicine chamber 12B, and a safety chamber 16 for preventing the medicine from flowing into the medicine ejecting port 14 before communication between the medicine chambers 12A, 12B.
