Disclosed is a method of treating seeds in a seed treater at a retail seed treatment facility for delivery of the treated seeds to retail customer, the method comprising: (a) selecting a recipe (b) simultaneously dispensing liquid seed treatment formulations at particularized individualized flow rates from a plurality of kegs through a plurality of respective fluid lines from each keg, the fluid lines each extending directly to the seed treatment application apparatus, in accordance with the recipe (c) providing a measured flow of seed through the seed treater (d) mixing the seed treatment formulations from the plurality of kegs at the seed treatment application apparatus by connecting each of the respective fluid lines into a manifold at the seed treater, the manifold providing a combined fluid to the seed treater (e) spraying the combined fluid onto the measured flow of seed (f) mixing the treated seed in a rotating cylinder and (g) either delivering the seeds to the retail customer at the retail seed treatment facility or delivering the seeds to the retail customers planting location, or temporarily storing the seeds for pickup by the retail customer. The method further comprises controlling the particularized individual flowrates from each keg based upon the recipe stored in a programmable system controller, the programmable system controller in communication with a pump at each of the plurality of kegs.
