The creation system comprises a bed frame unit, a plurality of 跗跖 fixing units, a plurality of cloth strip units, a tensioning unit and a fixing unit. The case achieves the advantages of both the first binding and the tightening correction effect, and the simple and easy to implement equipment.本創作係包括一床架單元、複數跗蹠固定單元、複數布條單元、一拉緊單元及一固定單元。床架單元供一使用者趴置，使用者具有一雙踝足，其中至少一踝足具有一待矯正之跗蹠關節。以跗蹠固定單元固定於待矯正之跗蹠關節，再以布條單元綁縳固定跗蹠固定單元，使待矯正之跗蹠關節變成一雙邊綁縳矯正之跗蹠關節，接著，轉動拉緊單元後，以定位單元將拉緊單元定位，使雙邊綁縳矯正之跗蹠關節變成一拉緊矯正之跗蹠關節，而可進行矯正。本案達到兼具先綁縳後拉緊矯正效果佳，以及設備簡單易於實施等優點。
