PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair of high safety while having a configuration that can separate a backrest from a chair back bottom and a chair back guide part, and to provide a bed.SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes: a chair bottom part 13 configured to connect a plurality of bottoms including the chair back bottom 13a a chair back guide part 14a for supporting the chair back bottom 13a a chair base part 20 for supporting the chair back guide part 14a a handle 12 provided in the chair back guide part 14a a first locking member 16 attached to the handle 12 and a second locking member 17 attached to the chair back bottom 13a. When the handle 12 is in a hand pushing state, the first and second locking members 16, 17 are engaged.
