PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasteboard-less wristband and a pasteboard-less wristband continuous body which allow a user to easily and surely wind it onto a part to be wound such as a wrist and an ankle and which securing a wound form in an appropriate and correct looped shape.SOLUTION: A wristband which can be wound onto at least one of limbs of a human body includes: a band base material a release agent layer 6 provide on the whole front face of the band base material an adhesive part 8 formed by an adhesive layer 7 provided in the vicinity of one end of a rear face of the band base material and a paste-less part 9 which is a residual part on the rear face with the exception of the adhesive layer.
