PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust sensitivity when a change has occurred in the sensitivity due to increase of a use time.SOLUTION: An oxygen supply device includes: a decompression part 10 decompressing a pressure of supplied oxygen gas an opening/closing part 20 supplying the decompressed oxygen gas to a patient or stopping it and a control part 30 opening the opening/closing part according to inhalation of the patient. The opening/closing part has an opening/closing diaphragm 23, is disposed with a nozzle 21b jetting oxygen gas and is disposed with a supply path 24 on one face side of the opening/closing diaphragm, and is disposed with a hole 31a on which a control gas acts on the other face side. The control part has a control diaphragm 32, is disposed with a nozzle 31c jetting the control gas on one face side of the control diaphragm, is formed with a chamber 56 on which the inhalation of the patient acts on the another face side, and is disposed with a spring 34 and an adjustment screw 33 energizing the control diaphragm.
