The present invention relates to a taylor tubular retractor comprising: a traction means consisting of a first traction bar formed in the predetermined length and a second traction bar bend-formed in the first traction bar in the predetermined angle and pulling a surgical site by being inserted into a body； a hollow fixing means connected to a front surface of the second traction bar after pulling the surgical site by the traction means； and a tubular retractor which is inserted inside the surgical site penetrating the hollow fixing means, and of which an upper end is mounted and fixed on the hollow fixing means. The tubular retractor is inserted into the surgical site after pulling the surgical site using the second traction bar bend-formed in the first traction bar, thereby the interference of the surgical site minimizes, and the worry about damages to the surrounding muscle or tissue can be eliminated.본 발명은 테일러 튜블라 리트렉터로서, 일정 길이로 형성된 제1견인바와 제1견인바에서 일정 각도로 절곡 형성되며 체내로 삽입되어 수술부위를 견인하는 제2견인바로 이루어지는 견인수단； 상기 견인수단에 의해 수술부위를 견인 후 제2견인바의 전면에 결합되는 중공의 고정수단； 및 상기 중공의 고정수단을 관통하여 수술부위 내로 삽입되며 상단은 중공의 고정수단에 안착 고정되는 관형 리트렉터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 제1견인바에서 절곡 형성된 제2견인바를 이용하여 수술 부위를 견인 후 관형 리트렉터를 수술 부위에 삽입함으로써 수술 부위의 간섭을 최소화 하고 주위의 근육이나 조직을 손상시킬 염려를 없앨 수 있다.
