Provided are a catheter for denervation, having an improved tip structure including a plurality of electrodes to effectively block nerves around blood vessels while having a small size and an apparatus for denervation including the same. The catheter for denervation includes: a catheter body elongated in one direction, including a proximal end and a distal end, and formed with an inner space in a longitudinal direction； a mobile member configured to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the catheter body in the inner space of the catheter body； an operating member with a distal end connected to the mobile member to transfer the mobile member； a plurality of supporting members with one end connected to the mobile member to allow another end to depart from or draw near the catheter body in accordance with the movement of the mobile member； a plurality of electrodes provided on the other ends of the plurality of supporting members, respectively, and generating heat； and a variable portion electrically connected to each of the plurality of electrodes to provide a power supply path for the plurality of electrodes and formed to have a coil shape, in which a proximal end of the variable portion is fixed to one side of the catheter body and a distal end of the variable portion includes a lead wire fixed to the mobile member.본 발명은 복수의 전극을 구비하여 혈관 주위의 신경이 효과적으로 차단될 수 있도록 하는 한편 크기가 크지 않도록 팁의 구조가 개선된 신경차단용 카테터 및 이를 포함하는 신경차단 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 카테터는, 신경차단용 카테터로서, 일 방향으로 길게 연장되어 근위 단부와 원위 단부를 구비하며 길이 방향을 따라 내부 공간이 형성된 카테터 몸체； 상기 카테터 몸체의 내부 공간에서 상기 카테터 몸체의 길이 방향을 따라 이동 가능하도록 구성된 이동 부재； 원위 단부가 상기 이동 부재에 연결되어 상기 이동 부재를 이동시키는 작동 부재； 일측 단부가 상기 이동 부재에 연결되어 상기 이동 부재의 이동에 따라 타측 단부가 상기 카테터 몸체로부터 멀어지거나 가까워지도록 구성된 복수의 지지 부재； 상기 복수의 지지 부재의 타측 단부에 각각 구비되어 열을 발생시키는 복수의 전극； 및 상기 복수의 전극 각각에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 복수의 전극에 대한 전원 공급 경로를 제공하고, 코일 형태로 형성된 가변부를 구비하여, 상기 가변부의 근위 단부가 상기 카테터 몸체의 일측에 고정되고 상기 가변부의 원위 단부가 상기 이동 부재에 고정된 리드선을 포함한다.
