A device comprises two needles for connection to transfusion medium containers connected with tubes that are clamped. A dropper and/or microfilter cap has external and internal coaxial cylinders perpendicular to the cap surface and distanced from each other at the distance long enough to build a body wall in between. The internal wall of the external cylinder of the cap comprises a ring socket interacting with the ring socket provided on the external wall of the body wall.
