The present invention relates to an insect disinfection device with automatic medicine supply, comprising: an insect disinfection base, a liquid storage container and a carrier. The insect disinfection comprises a containing portion and a connection portion, the inside of the liquid storage container stores insecticide and connects with the connection portion, so the insecticide flows into the inside of the containing portion and forms. The horizontal plane aligns an open of the connection portion. The carrier is provided with a soak portion and a volatile portion. Wherein, the soak portion is soaked in the insecticide which is inside the insect disinfection base； the soak portion will absorb the insecticide so the volatile portion will contain the insecticide as well.Therefore, when there is insecticide inside the liquid storage container, the horizontal plane of insecticide would still align the open.
