The present invention relates to a method to feed castrated Korean native steer. The method includes: a nurture feeding step of classifying calves, neutered at 6 weeks, into a nurturing period, a pre-fattening period, and a post-fattening period, preparing a first feed mixture for the nurturing period by mixing total mixed ration (TMR) feed with a predetermined amount of pegmatite smashed at 300-400 meshes, and supplying 1.5-3.5 wt% of the first feed mixture per the weight of a Korean native steer a pre-fattening period feeding step of supplying 1-3 wt% of the TMR feed per the weight of the Korean native steer during the pre-fattening period and a post-fattening period feeding step of supplying 1-2 wt% of the TMR feed per the weight of the Korean native steer during the post-fattening period.
