The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for targeted UVB phototherapy for skin diseases and other indications. In one embodiment, the phototherapy system can include a radiation source configured to emit light. The phototherapeutic system may also include a controller operatively connected to the radiation source and configured to determine a dose for the phototherapy session.
