PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of washing a hydroponics panel which are capable of efficiently washing even inner walls of holes.SOLUTION: A washing apparatus 10 washes a hydroponics panel 100 on which a plurality of holes 102 are formed, and comprises a conveyance mechanism 12 which conveys the hydroponics panel, and a washing part 14 provided for a conveyance route, the washing part includes a frame pipe 16, and a plurality of nozzles 22u, 22d, 22l, 22r facing vertical and horizontal directions are attached to the frame pipe. The vertical nozzles 22u, 22d spray high-pressure conic water to the same hole from above and below the hydroponics panel, and the horizontal nozzles 22l, 22r spray high-pressure conic water to right/left side ends of the hydroponics panel. A vertical motion mechanism 26 vertically moves the frame pipe.
