The housing 2 comprises a first component 21 having electric insulation, a second component 22 having electric conductivity, a third component 23 having electric insulation, and an electrode part 14. The second component 22 is joined to the first component 21. The hollow part is formed between the first component 21 and the second component 22. The third component 23 covers a portion of an external surface of the second component. The second component 22 comprises the electrode part 14 consisting of at least a portion of an exposed part exposed without being covered by the third component 23.
