The present invention relates to an aqueous surfactant composition that contains one or more α-sulfo fatty acid di-salts, sulfoketones, alkyl (ether) sulfates, soaps, inorganic salts of sulfuric acid and water, respectively, where they are adhered to. These compositions have good foaming power and good skin resistance, the foam has a favorable sensory feel and they are suitable for cosmetics and detergents and cleaning agents.
