The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to surgery, and is intended for forming anastomoses using double-armed surgical sutures. A device for forming surgical anastomoses using sutures with a needle at each end (double-armed sutures) comprises: a housing in the form of an elongate body having end parts designed for introduction into the lumens of organs that are to be joined and needles disposed in the end parts of the housing, wherein one needle of each suture is disposed in one end part of the housing and the other needle is disposed in the opposite end part the end parts are provided with openings for the needles, which openings are arranged equidistantly around the circumference, and the needles are disposed in the aforesaid end parts in such a way that the blunt end of the needle at the point of connection with the suture is located closer to the edge of the end part, and the sharp end of the needle faces in the direction of the relevant opening and does not protrude beyond the outer surface of the housing, wherein the needles are capable of moving through the openings in the end parts, at least a portion of the needle exiting through the openings in order to pierce the organs that are to be joined.Linvention concerne le domaine de la médecine et notamment la chirurgie et est destinée à former des anastomoses au moyen de fils chirurgicaux à deux aiguilles.
