The present invention relates to an orthodontic device having clip and hook functions. An orthodontic which is a tooth moving orthodontic means can be inserted and coupled, and an orthodontic band which is a tooth set position orthodontic means can be inserted and hung, so that the orthodontic wire and orthodontic band are coupled together with a metal bracket which is a tooth orthodontic means. Accordingly, teeth set fixing and position correction can be accurately and easily performed, so that orthodontic effects can be remarkably improved.
