The present invention relates to a mask sterilization device. As a cleaning method while using the mask worn on the face to prevent respiratory diseases, the mask sterilization device provides sterilization, deodorization, and drying functions to a portable case receiving a mask therein so as to be used by simple operation regardless of a location. According to the present invention, when a lamp is operated after the mask is folded and inserted into the cover coupled to a body with portable size and the cover is coupled to be closed, ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the mask to perform sterilization. When a blowing fan is operated, wind forcibly blowing through an inlet of the front surface of the body performs drying operation for removing moisture while being discharged to an outlet through the mask inserted into the cover. When the lamp and the blowing fan are simultaneously operated, deodorization as well as sterilization and drying are performed at the same time, thereby performing a function insufficient or missing when conventionally performing only the sterilization.
