Examples of the compounds include 1-Ethyl-3-( 4-fluorophenyl)-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-carboxylicacid [4-(6,7-dimethoxyquinolin-4-yloxy)-3-fluorophenyl]amide and 4-(4-Fluoro-phenyl)-2-isopropyl-3,S-dioxo-2,3,4,S-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazine-6-carboxylic acid [4-(6,7-dimethoxy-quinolin-4-yloxy)-2-methoxy-phenyl]-amide. The compounds are AXL and c-MET inhibitors. The compounds may be useful in the treatment of cancer.
