Prostaglandin E group compounds (PGE compounds) are stabilized as a non-aqueous composition comprising the compound with a bulking agent, which may be in non-aqueous liquid or solid form, in a sheet, film or powder formulation. The composition may optionally contain a skin penetration enhancer.
