The present invention relates to a medical ear speculum which can be inserted into an ear of a patient by not only a health care provider but also a patient himself in order to obtain an image or biometrics information necessary for a medical examination. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical ear speculum includes: a first insertion unit which is inserted along a meatus acusticus externus from the outside until a set position adjacent to an eardrum； a second insertion unit which is located behind the first insertion unit and inserted into the meatus acusticus externus along the first insertion unit； a connection unit which connects the first insertion unit and the second insertion unit and is modified along the curvature of the meatus acusticus externus； and a biometrics detection unit which is prepared on the front end of the first insertion unit and detects the biometrics information from the front of the first insertion unit.본 개시는 의료인뿐만 아니라 환자가 직접 자신의 귀에 삽입하여 진찰에 필요한 영상 또는 생체 상태 정보를 얻을 수 있는 의료용 이경에 관한 것으로서, 본 개시의 일 실시형태에 따른 의료용 이경은, 외부에서 외이도(外耳道)를 따라 고막에 인접하는 설정된 위치까지 삽입되는 제1 삽입부； 상기 제1 삽입부의 뒤쪽에 위치되며, 상기 제1 삽입부를 따라 상기 외이도에 삽입되는 제2 삽입부； 상기 제1 삽입부와 상기 제2 삽입부를 연결하며 상기 외이도의 굴곡을 따라 변형되는 연결부； 및 상기 제1 삽입부의 전단에 구비되어, 상기 제1 삽입부 전방으로부터 생체 상태 정보를 감지하는 생체정보 감지부；를 포함한다.
